Mystery Shopper – Service Checker

INTERNATIONAL SERVICE CHECK is a well known global company focused on checking the quality of customer service, by using the method of Mystery Shopping. ISC is currently looking for people of all ages who are thoughtful, have an eye for detail and with good reporting skills, who reside in COUNTRY, to analyze the service provided by various commercial outlets: restaurants, clothing or shoe shops, jewellery boutiques etc.

Tasks given to Mystery Shoppers:

1. In order to begin with us, every candidate has to register in our database: www.internationalservicecheck.com (then choose: Contact  Want to become a Service Checker?)

2. From time to time, you will be receiving emails or calls when somewhere in your area there are visits (checks) available.

3. For every visit you will receive detailed instructions about where and when you will have to go, what you will have to look for etc. Usually we check cleanliness, friendliness of employees and their willingness to help you during your visit. All detailed information regarding the visit is always provided in these written instructions, in addition they are often given by telephone from one of our coordinators. Some specific checks require you to pass a special certification test.

4. After your visit, you will have to write an experience report telling us exactly what happened and also answer questions from a questionnaire. Both will be available online in your personal Service Checker account.

5. Your fee is determined by the project, before the visit and always visible in your instructions. After you perform a correct check, a money transfer will be arranged within a few weeks from the date of your visit. If you are asked to do the visit in a different city, you will be paid travel expenses in addition to your checker fee.


You can do more than one visit per month

In addition, if we ask you to buy something, we will cover your expenses.
So when doing a test check for us, you can often eat for free, or even get new clothing for free etc.

Actualmente ISC está buscando gente de todas las edades que sean objetivos, se fijen en los detalles y tengan capacidad para escribir un buen informe, que residan en COUNTRY, y que puedan analizar el servicio ofrecido en diferentes negocios: restaurants, tiendas de ropa o zapatos, joyerías, etc.

Tareas dadas a los Mystery Shoppers:

1. Para poder empezar a colaborar con nosotros, cada candidato deber registrarse en nuestra base de: www.internationalservicecheck.com (elegir: Contacto  ¿Quiere ser un Service Checker?)

2. De vez en cuando usted recibirá emails o llamadas, cuando haya alguna visita (check) disponible en su zona.

3. Para cada visita, usted recibirá unas instrucciones detalladas indicando dónde y cuando debe hacer la visita, lo que tiene que revisar, etc. Normalmente comprobamos la limpieza, la amabilidad de los empleados y su disposición para ofrecerle ayuda durante su visita. Toda la información detallada se envía siempre en unas instrucciones escritas, y adicionalmente nuestras coordinadoras mencionan dicha información por teléfono. Algunas visitas requieren que previamente sea completado un test de certificación especial.

4. Al acabar su visita tundra que escribir un informe personal contando exactamente todo lo ocurrido durante su visita, y luego deberá responder a varias preguntas de un cuestionario. Ambos documentos estarán disponibles para ser rellenados online en su cuenta personal de Service Checker.

5. El pago de la visita estará determinado por el tipo de proyecto, se le comunicará antes de realizar la visita, y siempre podrá verlo en sus instrucciones. Una vez finalice la visita, se preparará una transferencia de dinero, que recibirá en unas pocas semanas. Si le solicitamos que visite una ciudad diferente a la suya, le abonaremos unos gastos de desplazamiento que serán añadidos a su pago.


Usted puede hacer más de una visita al mes.

Además, si solicitamos que realice una compra, nosotros costearemos sus gastos.
De esta manera, mientras realiza una visita para nosotros, podrá comer o comprar ropa gratuitamente, etc.
